FERRUM machines have power-driven seaming chucks and lifters for the efficient and cost-effective closing of two-or three-piece round cans made of steel, aluminium, carton or plastic. The filled cans are advanced into the machine by an infeed worm for a non-synchronised with the fillers of numerous reputable filler manufacturers.

The piston filling generation FP has been designed according to the latest technological standards, as a further development of our proven filler range FK. We paid special attention to modern ergonomics, safe handling and highest hygienic standards. The machines are designed according to a modular concept. A piston filler FP is equipped from 8 up to 54 filling stations, and depending on the number of filling stations from 120 to 1350 containers per minute can be filled.

An ingenious valve system enables the reliable handling of both cans and lids within the chamber.
